1. In the case of digital products which have already been sent, the return or refund is possible only as long as the acquired product keys have not yet been redeemed! After the product key has been redeemed on the associated activation platform, redemption is excluded since the product key can be redeemed only once.
2. vip-scdkeyss.com reserves the right to verify the validity of any product key within seven calendar days after a refund or replacement request.
If our verification shows that the product key has already been activated, we reserve the right to deny the refund, as the service has already been fulfilled as agreed.
3. As long as the product has not been delivered, cancellation and refund is possible at any time, even after expiration of the 15 days.
4. Customers must inform us of their decision to cancel the order by sending a clear written statement via email to: service@vip-scdkeyss.com.
Please include your order number and registered email address for faster processing.
5. Other valid reasons for a return may include faulty or invalid product keys.
Customers must report such issues within 14 days from the date of delivery by email to: service@vip-scdkeyss.com.
To assist our verification, customers may be asked to provide evidence such as screenshots or error messages.
Refunds cannot be issued for issues reported after the 14-day period, or if the key has already been successfully activated.
6. Refunds will not be issued due to your dissatisfaction with the product or if your computer does not meet the minimum Product requirements.
7. About Returns and Exchanges
We recommend activating your license within 180 days of purchase. Free key replacement is available if any technical issues occur within this period.
Full Refunds:
If the customer purchased the wrong product or no longer wants it, a full refund can be issued within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the key has not been redeemed.
If the customer pre-ordered a product and the key has not yet been delivered, cancellation and refund can be requested anytime before delivery.
If the key cannot be redeemed due to a verified issue, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement key after reviewing the case.
Partial Refunds:
When multiple products are purchased in one order, and a refund is requested for only one product, a partial refund will be issued based on that product’s individual price, excluding any bundle discounts.
Refund Method and Timing:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
We will use the same payment method used in the original transaction whenever possible. No additional refund fees will be charged to the customer.
Refund Conditions:
Refunds will only be issued after verifying that the product key has not been redeemed or misused.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Keys that have already been redeemed.
Requests made more than 14 days after delivery.
Issues caused by system incompatibility or customer hardware.
